生物應用

該重組螢火蟲熒光素酶是從來自北美螢火蟲(Photinus pyralis)的克隆基因表達的酶,其提供使用生物發光試劑檢測ATP或熒光素底物進行研究或生產試劑盒所需的可靠性和可靠性。 該重組酶可以潛在地消除可能在從天然來源純化的熒光素酶中發現的季節性和區域變異性的可能性。
