ReadiView 綠色/紅色活性染料是一種耐用的細胞染色劑，經過優化，可用于對Countess II FL或Countess 3 FL儀器中的有核細胞進行染色。 它可以方便地與傳統的FITC或GFP濾光片組配合使用，例如EVOS GFP熒光燈適用于激發和檢測綠色染料，而RFP或Texas Red（TxR）熒光燈適用于細胞紅染色。 綠色表示活細胞，而紅色表示死細胞。 ReadiView染料可對混合群體中的有核細胞進行特定染色，從而降低了復雜性，并在與適當的EVOS光學立方體匹配時提高了計數與樣品間的可重復性
